New Backyard Office - Toronto

This project involved design and drawings of a new backyard gazebo with office space.

The project involved designing two distinct structures to create an inviting outdoor space for a client in Toronto, ON. The first structure was a gazebo, which featured a loft mezzanine, a shed roof with a skylight for added ventilation and aesthetic appeal, window, two side doors, and a main sliding door at the front.  

The second structure was a separate concrete pad with its own canopy, styled to match the gazebo roof, which was  designed to complement the overall aesthetic. Engineered plans were developed to prepare design and permit drawings for both structures. We also had to work around the property setbacks including making sure to follow the minimum setbacks of the respective municipality.
